WetlandsPermit Application NHDES-W-06-012

Toreplace non-conforming permanent dock/crib with seasonal dock andrepair/replace failing mortared stone retaining wall, at 95 Lake Rd, Webster,NH: Map 13, Lot 13.

Chris Connors explained that Warrenand Julia Emley, who live on Lake Winnepocket, want to remove, partially, anold concrete crib beneath their dock. A permanent dock rests upon the crib anda seasonal dock rests on that.  A stone retaining wall is mortared and iscrumbling. The Emleys want to remove the part of the crib in the lake, leavethe part in the bank, and replace the permanent dock with a fully seasonaldock. The stonewall will be rebuilt without mortar. The work will improve theproperty environmentally and will be done without machinery except for ajack-hammer.

Ifwe have no problem with it we can sign and they will treat it as a minimumimpact with an expedited review that requires the Conservation Commission’ssignature.
